INTRODUCING "NEW"
STOLI CRUSHED - GLUTEN-FREE

The Stoli® Crushed Pineapple
Established in 1983

Stoli® CRUSHED Pineapple is a premium mix of imported Stoli® Gluten Free Vodka CRUSHED together with real fruit juice. Vodka-forward, Stoli® CRUSHED is the only import in the real fruit vodka category.

Stoli Crushed Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka

Stoli Crushed Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka is one of two new vodka varieties Stoli just released in their new Crushed line of flavored vodka. The other flavor is Crushed Pineapple. These are the first new flavored vodkas Stoli has launched since 2012.

There is no doubt there are far fewer flavored vodka's varieties on the market today, but distillers are focusing on new flavors in 2017 to drive growth. Stoli has completely redesigned their flavored vodka with the Crushed line.

Corn and buckwheat replace the winter wheat used for the vodka base, and real juice and color have been added. The bottles shape and labeling have been updated. Real juice seems to be the new buzz word in flavored vodka, replacing natural flavor. Color is also growing in popularity in flavored vodka's. Once reserved for the bargain basement vodka brands, Stoli Crushed Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka starts with a vodka base made from 88% corn and 12% buckwheat. The vodka is triple distilled and quadruple filtered.

Pure artesian spring water is blended to reduce to 80 proof. The aroma is fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit. The flavor enters with sweet and juicy grapefruit flavor that builds to a tart grapefruit peak softened by orange juice flavor. It fades with more sweet orange flavor and finishes with a warm peppery sting, vanilla, vodka, and bittersweet citrus zest taste. Serve Stoli Crushed Ruby Red Grapefruit on ice, with club soda, or mixed in a cocktail.

Stoli Crushed Pineapple Vodka

Stoli Crushed Pineapple Vodka was just released along with Stoli Crushed Grapefruit. Unlike their other flavored vodkas, that are made from a winter wheat vodka base, Stoli Crushed is made with a blend of 88 percent corn and 12 percent buckwheat harvested from the fertile farm fields of the Tambov region of Russia. The vodka is triple distilled and filtered four times through quartz, sand, and birchwood charcoal. Pure natural spring water from the Latvijas Balzams artesian well in Riva Latvia is blended with the vodka to reduce to 80 proof. Real juice, natural flavors.

While this is Stoli's first Pineapple flavored vodka, Dole Pineapple has been infused with Stoli Vodka for years and sold as a Doli Stoli at one of my favorite steakhouses, The Capital Grill.Stoli Crushed Pineapple pours to a bright Mellow Yellow color. The aroma is pineapple sorbet and lemonade. The sweet vanilla and pineapple entry builds to a juicy and tangy pineapple peak. It fades with creamy pineapple and vanilla custard flavor, and finishes with a warm peppery sting with a touch of vodka flavor. I like the taste of Stoli Crushed Pineapple Vodka. I also prefer vanilla to sugar sweetening.

Red Dog Saloon

A 125-Year Mystery,
Captured
In A Bottle.

This special edition marks the 125th anniversary when Mr. Jack Daniels
opened the doors of his Red Dog SaloonTM. Formerly situated on the Lynchburg town square, all that remains of the Red Dog SaloonTM are myths and legends -
until now.

We are pleased to release the limited edition Red Dog SaloonTM , commemorating the days when you could buy a drink of Jack's smooth sippin' Tennessee Whiskey in the town where it was made. Like every drop of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey, this limited edition is distilled right here in Lynchburg, just as it was when Mr. Jack opened his saloon back in 1892. And, if the Red Dog Saloon was anything like its sister watering hole, the White Rabbit SaloonTM, the house was packed with music, camaraderie and conversation. We hope you enjoy yours the same way.

Bottled at 86 proof, Red Dog Saloon is available in select markets across the US and internationally.

BORN TO MAKE WHISKEY

The story of Jack Daniel's

Crafting something that endures for over 150 years takes time and character. You'll find plenty of both in the people and history that make Jack Daniel's.

Our Founding

Jasper Newton Daniel, more commonly known as Jack, introduces the world to Old No. 7, his signature charcoal-mellowed Tennessee.

1866

The Jack Daniel Distillery is officially established, making it the very first registered distillery within the US, with Jack as the Master Distiller. The opening of his now-famous distillery would follow shortly thereafter, right next to Jack's Daniel's prime resource: the mineral-rich Cave Spring Hollow.

CAVE SPRING HOLLOW

1904

Old No. 7 takes a gold medal at the World's Fair in St. Louis, Missouri. It's the first of seven gold medals Old No. 7 is awarded.

Old No. 7 takes a gold

1906

After arriving at work early and unable to open his safe, Jack kicks it out of frustration and breaks his toe. The injury worsens and will eventually take his life.

1907

With no wife or children as heirs, Jack leaves his land and distillery to his nephew, Lem Motlow.

PROHIBITION

Master Distiller Jess Motlow and his older brother Lem Motlow see the distillery through its greatest challenges—Prohibition and the Great Depression

1911

Jess takes everything he and Lem learned from Jack and becomes the whiskey's Master Distiller.

1919

The 18th Amendment is ratified and Prohibition becomes the law of the land. Jess can't legally sell his supply of whiskey, so he stores it in warehouses in Birmingham, Cincinnati, and St. Louis. For several years, a whole lot of good whiskey winds up doing a whole lot of nothing.

1933

Prohibition is repealed and happy days are here again. But it would be several more years before Jess resumed production of Jack Daniel's, as quality ingredients were in short supply post-repeal.

WWII

In the years following Prohibition, Master Distiller Lem Tolley helps the Jack Daniel Distillery weather the second of only two shutdowns in its history

1941

Lem commissions a life-size statue of Jack to be erected in front of the cave spring.

1942

A supply shortage makes Old No. 7 harder to come by, but savored all the more by those able to find it. Demand skyrockets.

1944

WWII builds to a peak. During this time the distillery ceases production so that resources can be redirected to help serve the war effort.

1947

In a New York City bar, Jackie Gleason introduces Frank Sinatra to Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey. It's the start of a friendship that will endure the ages.

JACK AND FRANK

1951

Rock n' roll takes over the airwaves as production at the distillery inches closer to pre-Prohibition levels.

COMING OF AGE

Master Distillers Jess Gamble ('64-'66) and Frank Bobo ('66-'88) watch the brand come of age, overseeing Old No. 7's transformation from a little known regional whiskey to an American icon as synonymous with rock and roll as the electric guitar.

1964

Jess helps make Jack Daniel's iconic, black and white ad campaign famous. Remarked a Nashville Magazine reporter, "Using a reverse sophistication, the ads draw the eye like an old photograph of Abraham Lincoln."

Let's jump to 21st Century

2011

Jack Daniel's introduces its first flavored expression, Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey, inspiring a whole new generation of Jack drinkers. Four years later, Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire is introduced.

2014

To keep up with global demand, Jack opens a brand new cooperage in Lawrence County, Alabama. Hundreds of barrels are built by hand here every day.

2015

One of our first new mash recipe since Old No. 7 is bottled: Single Barrel Rye. Once America's choice of whiskey over bourbon, rye's renaissance is underway—and thriving in Tennessee.

Does RumChata need to be refrigerated?

No, RumChata does not need to be refrigerated. The cream has been homogenized with the rum and the alcohol acts as a preservative. An unopened bottle of RumChata tastes great for several years if stored between the temperatures of 50-75°F. Once opened RumChata can remain at room temperature and will keep its great taste for over 6 months, but we have never seen a bottle last longer than a single visit with a few good friends!

I tried a RumChata root beer float at a restaurant and it was great, but when I tried it at home it curdles - why?

RumChata is made with real dairy cream and it will curdle if mixed with anything that has a high level of citric acid - i.e. some soft drinks. You can find out which root beer does not curdle the cream by experimenting with different brands. We know from personal experience that A&W and Dad's do not curdle the cream, and both make a great
RumChata root beer float!
