To craft a whiskey of exceptional character, you need an exceptional process. At the core of our legendary whiskey making process is the number three. We only use three natural ingredients, three varieties of grain distillations and three different types of maturation casks. This makes Tullamore D.E.W. the worlds only triple distilled, triple blend, triple matured whiskey and yields an award-winning flavour profile of
true Irish character.

Tullamore Dew
has been widely
acclaimed by whiskey connoisseurs;
recently winning two Double Gold Medals at one of the world's most prestigious spirits competitions, the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco.

Tullamore Dew is a distinctive Irish whiskey with a smooth, mild, mellow taste. This smooth taste is a major feature of the brand compared to many Irish and
Scotch competitors.

Tullamore Dew
is now the world's
No. 2 Irish whiskey and the fastest growing brand in the category.

Irish Legend

One legend, describes how Conaire MÓr went hunting and left his wolfhound, Sceolan, to watch over his son. When he returned, he found the dog’s mouth bloodied and assumed the worst. He killed Sceolan, only to discover a moment later the body of a dead wolf, which the faithful hound had killed to protect the son, who was unhurt. The High King felt his injustice keenly, so he ordered a monument erected to the dog’s memory, and the breed became established as a national symbol of Ireland.

The Irish wolfhound is the tallest known breed of dog. The origins of the modern breed trace back to ancient times; large, greyhound-type hunting dogs were known in Ireland and Britain at least
2,000 years ago.

The official drink of Paradise!

We've been bombarded with questions about the origins of RumChata, and the truth is, the answer is not a simple one. RumChata's ingredients are hand selected from all around the world. It's not easy crafting the best tasting cream liqueur in the Universe, but it's a challenge we've taken head on. Every delicious batch of RumChata is mixed up from scratch and contains our own unique blend of premium Caribbean rum, which is selected for its light and smooth character. We then take that rum and homogenize it with the finest dairy cream from Wisconsin.

The final step of our process is blending in our own unique flavors, which come from six different countries and as far away as Madagascar. With the completion of each batch, we taste test it, hand bottle it, carefully pack it up, and then it is finally ready for delivery to our dedicated fans far and wide. There's nothing we love more than providing our customers with the best tasting cream liqueur ever—except maybe drinking the best tasting cream liqueur ever. And lazy rivers. And drinking RumChata in a lazy river, but we digress—that is why we use only the highest quality ingredients available on the market.

Horchata was originally concocted by the ancient Egyptians for the Pharaohs, a feat easily as impressive as the Pyramids.

The pioneering Egyptian chufa style horchata, which is made with chufa—also known as the tigernut—was so revered that it soon found its way to Spain during the time of the Moorish kings.

Today, you'll continue to find horchata made with this same original recipe in most areas of Spain, where it remains a very popular summertime beverage—we're talking Antonio Banderas popular. Chufa plantations aren't exactly a booming business on this side of the pond, so when horchata was finally introduced to the Americas the recipe had to be changed. Rice based horchata is now served extensively throughout Mexico and Central America, where the recipe is often passed down generation to generation. These authentic recipes include varied mixtures of rice, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and either
water or dairy.

Blanco and Reposado

Tequila El Espolon Blanco

El Espolon Blanco Tequila - The dedicated smoothness and exquisite bouquet of the Espolon Silver Tequila recalls the memory of the characteristic agave aromas from which the spirit is made. It is filtered before bottling so that the clean, clear taste of our Tequila can be fully enjoyed by aficionados who crave the true original taste of premium agave.

El Espolon Reposado Tequila

El Espolon Reposado Tequila - The harmonious bouquet and brilliant golden color are due to the attentive and painstaking production process of Espolon Reposado Tequila. With Tequila aging in mind, our white-oak barrels have been carefully designed and constructed to house the spirit for six months, giving it a balance of agave and mild wood flavor.

Espolon Blanco Tequila is hefty with agave character, peppery but with a smooth, silky body. The finish brings up pepper and heat. Little hints of vanilla in the body make this complex.

Espolon Reposado Tequila is aged six months, quite a bit of time amongst modern reposados which spend half that time in barrels if they're lucky. Definitely a kissing cousin of the blanco, this expression is smoothed out, and has the agave knocked down a few pegs, letting vanilla and some caramel notes come to the surface. Nice, easy finish. An incredible bargain
